“What will this cost after the first year?”
Domain and hosting are about ₹3,000 per year from year two on standard business sites. Maintenance is optional from ₹1,000/month. Paid plugins, Shopify subscriptions or other third-party services are listed separately before you choose them. If a request sits outside the written scope, you receive the price before the extra work starts.

If you already have a broken, incomplete or provider-controlled site, we first identify what exists and who controls it. We recommend a repair when a rebuild is unnecessary, then fix-price only the work we can define.

For Starter and Business projects, the written seven-working-day clock begins after we receive the agreed advance, complete content and scope approval. If KamaiAds misses that launch date for reasons within our control, we refund the advance in full and finish the agreed site free. The order states the start condition, pause conditions and refund process before payment.

Is ₹14,999 really the full Starter invoice total?
Yes—for the written Starter scope, including GST, a standard available .com or .in domain and hosting for year one. Logo design (₹1,999), done-for-you website copy (₹2,999), paid plugins and work outside the agreed scope are optional and priced before you approve them.
What do you need from me?
Your services, contact details, logo, photos and approvals. Send what you already use—WhatsApp text, voice notes, brochure photos or PDFs. We organise the input list. If you want us to write the website copy, that service is ₹2,999.
When does the 7-working-day clock start?
After the written scope is approved, the first 50% is received and the agreed content is complete. The order records those start conditions and any buyer-caused pause, so neither side has to guess whether the project is late or blocked.
How do revisions work?
The included revision allowance and what counts as a change are written into your scope before payment. You send one consolidated correction list at the preview stage. A new page, feature or scope expansion is priced for approval before extra work starts.
What exactly do I own and receive?
The handover checklist separates the domain registrar, hosting, WordPress/CMS admin, site files and backup. Accounts use your business email wherever the platform permits, and you receive the credentials or transfer details needed to renew, recover or move the site.
Will the website appear on Google and bring enquiries?
We include the agreed technical basics such as page titles, mobile-ready pages and indexing setup. A website, traffic and enquiries are different outcomes. Rankings, traffic and leads require content, promotion and measurement; they are not guaranteed by the build price.
What happens after launch?
Business WordPress includes a 30-minute handover call. Optional AMC starts from ₹1,000/month for updates, backups, small edits and priority fixes; its exact coverage and response target are written in the AMC order. Domain and hosting are about ₹3,000/year from year two.
Can you repair, redesign or recover an existing site?
Yes. Send the URL and any access you have. We first map what exists, who controls the domain and hosting, whether a usable backup exists and what can be saved. If a repair is enough, we will say so; rescue work is fixed-priced only after that check.
Do you work outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. The project can run on WhatsApp and video calls. NCR clients can also visit the KamaiAds office at Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida.
What if KamaiAds misses the agreed deadline?
For eligible Starter and Business projects, if we miss the written launch date for reasons within our control, we refund the advance in full and finish the agreed site free. The exact trigger, exclusions and refund process are in the order before you pay.
