What is the actual total—not the starting price?
Pages, content, GST, domain, hosting, plugins, e-commerce features, revisions and maintenance must be defined before two prices can be compared.
Our packages have published invoice totals. Work outside the package is defined and quoted before you approve it.
What exactly happens after I pay the advance?
Don’t accept “work has started.” Ask what you can see. With us, the project moves toward a working preview you can open, click and read on your own phone.
50% starts the work. The final 50% follows your preview and approval.
How will I know if it is late, blocked or progressing?
Your written scope records what starts the clock, what we need from you, the delivery date, the review stage and what “complete” means.
If something is waiting on us—or on you—it is clear. “Almost done” is not a project update.
Who handles the words, photos and business information?
Send what you already have: brochures, WhatsApp messages, PDFs, voice notes, catalogues or photos. We organise the input list and state who owns each item.
Want us to turn it into website copy? Done-for-you copy is ₹2,999.
How do revisions work?
Your scope says what is included, what counts as new work, how feedback is sent and who gives final approval.
A heading correction is not the same as three new pages. You know the rules before payment—not after five rounds of scattered WhatsApp feedback.
Whose account holds the domain and hosting?
A website can involve a registrar, hosting, WordPress/CMS, files, backups and licences. At handover, these are separated clearly and the relevant access or transfer details are provided.
Wherever the platform permits, accounts are built around your business identity. You should be able to leave us without losing your website.
What happens next year?
Domains and hosting renew. Software needs updates. You may want support or changes.
Our expected domain + hosting cost is about ₹3,000/year from year two. Optional maintenance starts from ₹1,000/month, with coverage written separately.
Will this website actually bring customers?
A website, website traffic and enquiries are three different outcomes. Every package includes the technical SEO and indexing setup stated in its scope.
Ongoing SEO, advertising and customer acquisition are separate jobs. We will not disguise a traffic guarantee inside a website build.

Is ₹14,999 really the complete Starter price?
Yes—for the written Starter scope. It includes GST, a standard available .com or .in domain and hosting for year one. Logo design (₹1,999), done-for-you copy (₹2,999), paid plugins and work outside scope are optional and priced first.
When does the 7-working-day clock begin?
After the written scope is approved, the first 50% is received and the agreed required inputs are complete. Those conditions are recorded before work starts.
I don’t have proper content. Is that a problem?
No. Send WhatsApp messages, voice notes, brochures, PDFs, catalogues, photos or an old website. We organise an input list. Done-for-you copy is ₹2,999.
How do revisions work?
The allowance and definition of a change are written into your scope. Send one consolidated correction list at preview. New pages, features or scope expansions are priced before extra work starts.
What exactly do I own and receive?
The handover separates the registrar, hosting, WordPress/CMS admin, site files and backup. Accounts use your business email where permitted, with the access or transfer details required to renew, recover or move.
Will it appear on Google and bring enquiries?
The scope includes the agreed technical basics and indexing setup. A website, traffic and enquiries are different outcomes. Rankings, traffic and leads need promotion and measurement; they are not guaranteed by the build.
What happens after launch?
Business WordPress includes a 30-minute handover. Optional AMC starts at ₹1,000/month. Domain and hosting are expected to cost about ₹3,000/year from year two.
Can you repair or recover an old website?
Yes. Send the URL and any access you have. We map what exists, who controls the domain and hosting, whether a usable backup exists and what can be saved before quoting.
Can I move the website later?
The handover is designed to give you the relevant access and transfer information. Exact mechanics depend on the platform, but your ownership and access position are documented before launch.
Do you work outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. Projects run over WhatsApp and video calls. NCR clients can also visit Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida.
